ARK Concept & Construction Inc. is a licensed general contractor in Hialeah. We were founded to do two things well: close municipal files that other people leave open, and build the work those files describe.
Leadership brings more than a decade in the trades, a master's in interior architecture, and two Florida certifications — general contractor and roofing. We are South Florida natives. We know what this weather does to a building, and what a reviewer will reject on the first pass.
Client satisfaction is not a slogan here. It is whether the violation closed, the permit issued, and the title company stopped calling. We stay reachable because that is the job.
